We recognize the immeasurable worth of personal prayer. Though called to communal worship, each of us must also pray incessantly to the Father to strengthen her union with him.
“The soul that is penetrated with the Holy Presence of God and attentively heeds his voice knows how to acquire a blessed solitude to keep her spirit constantly recollected, ...and to perform all her actions, mindful of his presence. "(Instr V:4-5)
The Religious Teacher understands the importance of regular prayer that sustains and nourishes her in ministry throughout the day.
A typical day may include:
6:00 a.m. Meditation
6:30 a.m. Lauds
6:45 a.m. Eucharistic Liturgy
7:30 a.m. ~ 4:30 pm Ministry
5:00 p.m. Vespers and Rosary
7:30 p.m. Compline and Spiritual Reading
